Goal 10: Diverse Housing Choices
The Berkshire region offers diverse housing options, from town centers to rural countryside, lofts and condos to single-family estates and working farms. Recent adaptive reuse projects have served to increase this variety and reinvigorate historic neighborhoods. The region is and will continue to work to ensure a diversity of housing types and cost in each community so that both seasonal and year-round residents can continue to live in and enjoy what the Berkshires has to offer.
